First puzzle I received as a gift and was missing pieces. They sent a new one which was great. Got through the next puzzle which was really hard, but so fun. Tried my luck on a third puzzle had wrong pieces so they sent a different puzzle as a replacement which I thought was so great until I finished that one! Missing a piece!
I emailed and so far, no response. I don’t think I can spend anymore money or time with this puzzle company.

I LOVE the way these puzzle pieces feel. They are smooth but matte and the backside has a nice grip to it. This was a fun yet challenging puzzle and one that I’ll definitely do again!

Trippy Picnic was my first premium sustainable puzzle from Blue Kazoo. I love the feel of the pieces, and the smell ( is that weird?) The image is fun and the 250 piece count was pure fun without taking forever. I will be DEFINITELY putting this puzzle together again!

Fun, easy puzzle. The border of blue was the only slow to work section. Otherwise, the colors and graphics really kept the action moving quickly.

Everyone enjoyed this "trippy" puzzle. It was challenging enough to keep my adult kids working on it while catching up on our lives. No onto my solo effort to complete "Out West." Beautiful!! I've been getting into puzzles lately, 100pc-300pc ones that I can do in a sitting or two and then break down to redo later, and this puzzle caught my eye and was so perfect! Very cute, very fun to do, like others have said then the solid blue border provides a nice challenge, but there is also SO MUCH going on in the center that not being a border piece doesn't make it much easier! The packaging also feels so luxurious, all in all a wonderful experience.

I love this puzzle! It looks incredible, and my cats spilled water on it and it still looks good! The blue has kept me tripped up, but it is such a fun puzzle to put together! Highly recommended

I'm hoping a review from someone-who-doesn't-generally-do-puzzles is as valuable as one from someone who does.
I bought 'Trippy Picnic' because I follow the artist Kayla Carlson on her PaperPuffin site. I was pleased at how well her design transferred to the puzzle format.
I like the eco conscious philosophy of Blue Kazoo. All aspects of the packaging were well done. Having a sturdy resealable bag for storing the puzzle in was a plus.
Each puzzle piece was sturdy and clean-cut. They made a satisfying snap when they fit together. I have a much greater appreciation of the artist's work because of the intensity of color, accuracy, and care Blue Kazoo took in its reproduction.
I wish you continued success as a company. You produce a high quality product. I enjoyed it. Thank you.

Great puzzle. The pieces are beautiful and snap perfectly. It was incredibly satisfying. Wish I had more pieces to keep going as I finished very fast. Great for beginners. Overall 10/10!

One of my favorite Blue Kazoos! When saw the border, I thought to myself "these blue kazoo people are masochists" The inside, however, was a perfect difficulty level and so adorable!

This was such a fun mix of a challenging edge and dynamic image in the center! The puzzle piece quality was nice and thick, and the matte image made it easier to keep track of and find pieces without glare!

I do wish the border wasn't solid blue because that's much more difficult to do and I'm just a puzzle enthusiast who doesn't like to work too hard. Otherwise this is such a fun puzzle!

I’m back, I rated this 4 stars originally but after thinking about it, I think this puzzle truly deserves 5 stars. The quality is just amazing and I love the changes they made to be more eco conscious. All the blue pieces comes down to personal preference so please disregard my initial review.

It finally happened…I lost a puzzle piece. I made one out of thick paper but it’s not the same. These new puzzle pieces are a tactile heaven, silky smooth between the fingers. The puzzle itself was much more difficult than I imagined because I didn’t realize how many inner pieces are just blue. If you don’t like the idea of the solid color puzzles you may think twice about this one, but if you do enjoy that challenge then this could be your next puzzle.
