I love love love this puzzle of a DC-4! The quality of printing is unsurpassed!
We just finished "Across the Continent -- A Vintage Travel Series." When we started we thought it would be a breeze (very distinct images) and found ourselves baffled but never without hope as we worked to complete the puzzle. On first "blush" it appears to have only large imagery, but soon we discovered "little things happening" all across the puzzle ... gave us a sense of adventure!
The design of the puzzle is very good and the colors are beautiful, with a lot of attention to shading and different hues. I’m very impressed with that part. What’s not so impressive is the actual construction. The pieces are too small for the shapes they’re cut in — on two of the pieces one of “arms” of the piece broke, and came all the way off on one piece. You can see the broken piece in the photo — there’s a little hole about halfway down the waterfall. I would recommend that you also design a series for older adults, with the same beautiful images and the same attention to detail, but with larger pieces (and a smaller number of pieces) and an overall size that fits on a card table.

Well made puzzle. Pieces are a bit small for my old, fat fingers. I really liked the folded photo of the puzzle. It gave detail not available on the box cover. Your shipping system needs work. It took far too long to deliver and information provided was inaccurate and confusing.
Absolutely love this puzzle. Beautiful image, lovely quality. Took about a full day to complete, which was a nice relaxing pace for me. To put in perspective, Earth took me about 5 days and Black is ongoing at 2 weeks (very challenging!). Very much looking forward to doing the others in the set!
I do a lot of puzzles and I'm always looking for new ones. The ship, plane and train combo is really good. Challenging, but not annoyingly so.
I first saw these puzzles on the Karenpuzzles Youtube channel. So I went to your website for more information. I really bought the set to get the train, but I look forward to solving all of them. The graphic images are excellent, evoking great memories of travel to wonderful places. The train in particular reminds me of the trains in the "Thin Man" movies with Nick and Nora Charles traveling to and from Los Angeles. The puzzles in my photo are sitting on a puzzle of a Spitfire airplane I recently completed.
First time with Blue Kazoo Puzzles ! and I love it! The pieces fit together very good and the colors are amazing with the vintage series, they are amazing with gradient too. Print is awesome and as a graphic designer I must say, this illustrator done an exceptional job! It was relaxing and it wasn't too hard or too easy. It was perfect amount of challenge! Thank you so much Blue Kazoo!
High quality and fun! It was more challenging to not look at the box or the poster. Nice artistic touch to include the ship and train from the other 2 puzzles!
Not only are blue kazoo puzzles gorgeously colored, dust-free, and super high quality, they're EXTREMELY comfortable. I've been promised that at some point, I can work on this puzzle again. Someday.
First time experience with Blue Kazoo Puzzles, and we are impressed! The pieces fit together snuggly, the colors are vibrant, and the choice of designs matches our taste for vintage subjects. We love working on this train poster image; it’s relaxing and challenging!
I'm currently working on the airplane puzzle and its the last one to do and I have to say after putting together the ship and train puzzles that I think I'm in love. All three puzzles are super beautiful, fun, and a bit difficult to put together. Which is awesome because I love a challenge. I also really love how there are hidden nods to all three puzzles in each other's puzzles. It's cheeky and I'm a fan now. Great job guys ❤
This is my third BK puzzle, the others being Moon and Starry Wave. I have to say, after doing those two really challenging puzzles, I was hoping for more of the same but was disappointed. I finished this puzzle in about 10 hours. Now that's not to say it's a bad puzzle, far from it. It was fun and colorful and the usual great quality I've come to expect from BK. It's just not a terribly difficult puzzle for people that like a challenge. I still give it 4 stars for the great concept and image. I'll be back.
Just finished the SUN. Fantastic puzzle to work on. Fun! Fun! Fun!.
I love this puzzle! My dad worked for the railroad, so it was super fun to put this puzzle together. I thought the quality was very good - the pieces went together well and the colors were perfect - bright and easy to discern the varying shades of yellows, grays and oranges.
Working on the border of my new Blue Kazoo. Exercise for the brain. I have the Across The Continent Series so I have lots to do. Retirement is lots of fun. When not traveling! I’m thinking about it.
This puzzle wasn't too difficult; it took about 8 hours to solve. Overall it was a lot of fun for an afternoon of puzzling. The picture looks great with the bright and vibrant colors. This puzzle is recommended!
Enjoyed putting this puzzle together. Took 3 days. Top quality puzzles.
I just finished SUN. It was the most challenging puzzle I've ever done. It was loaned to me, so I'm returning the favor and loaning a puzzle from my Across the Continent series. But, I'm keeping the Ocean Liner for myself as the next puzzle I complete. These are quality products. I was amazed that there was no puzzle dust when I open the plastic bag. And the pieces were a snug fit. Which was kind of important with all the various shades of red, black and yellow for SUN. I'm a happy puzzler.
My favorite puzzle ever. Something about this picture just looks perfect. Puzzle was made well and a lot of fun. This is one of the few puzzles I have I’ll do again; most I give away after I’ve done them once. Not this one though. I found this company from watching Karen Puzzles on YouTube so thanks to Karen.
Loved this puzzle.
So much thought and care were put in this series! I love the designs and packaging.
Blue Kazoo’s newest and gorgeous “Across the Continent - A Vintage Travel Series” reminds me of my travels through Taiwan. We took the high speed rail from Tapei to Kaohsiung then took regular trains back up to check out Tainan and Taichung.
These awesome puzzles are the perfect cure for the travel bug we’re all likely experiencing right now. Since I’m not travelling any time soon, I can’t wait to break into these goodies!
How fun are these?! I seriously cannot wait to travel again! I’ll be starting the train today!
My son wanted me to do the airplane puzzle first so that is what I’m doing. I’m enjoying it a lot. It’s not to difficult and I am moving at a nice steady pace. The ground was really fun to do with the patchwork type ground. All of that has been done. I’m currently working on the plane and the sky. I really appreciate the piece variation as it helps with similarly colored areas. And the pieces lock very nicely together. You make great puzzles.
